Virgel Fred Fangel left this life on February 16, 2012. Virgel was born on October 14, 1976 in Payson, Utah to William and Gaye Fangel.

He married Darcie Root on January 29, 1999. Virgel had two children, Katie and Wyatt.

Virgel loved his children and enjoyed spending time with them. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting with his horses and hounds.

He is survived by his wife and children, his parents, and three sisters; Cherri Mecham, Michelle (Clint) Proctor, Christa (Russell) Nichols, as well as many friends and extended family.

Virgel will be deeply missed and was loved by all.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made at any Central Bank for the benefit of Katelyn and Wyatt Fangel.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February, 24, 2012 at Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah.
